This Arts & Crafts home had been neglected for some time, and needed a new colour scheme that respected its architectural design. Stuart Stark developed a colour scheme that used a dark brown solid stain which covered both old shingles and new repairs and hid a variety of small cosmetic concerns. The cream trim and stucco panels lightens the overall design while emphasizing the horizontal aspects of the design. A warm rich red covers the porch floor and stairs as well as the sash, providing a sharp visual snap to the home.
